SHIPMENT PROCESSING:
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours depending on order quantity.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships (sometimes the day before).

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
La Cabrita is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; we take great care to pack your order responsibly but it lies within the responsibility of your local carrier to ensure it arrives undamaged. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. La Cabrita does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages but we will do our best to work with you if anything should occur.

CONFIRMATION OF SHIPMENT
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that the order has shipped with your tracking number.
MISSING SHIPMENT
Shipment not arrived? Taking longer than expected? We will do our best to reach out to the carrier if your shipment is taking some time to reach you. Unfortunately carriers can and do misplace shipments, it doesn't happen very often but if your shipment is lost, please reach out and we will do our best to rectify the situation. *Note - we are not responsible for incorrect address entry or change of address issues.
